Studio Reverie Photography ("Studio Reverie," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect through this website and how we use it. It applies to studioreveriephotography.com only.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to share with us. When you complete the contact form, that typically includes your name, email address, phone number, and any details you provide about your family, event, or photography inquiry. Our website does not require you to create an account.

Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and reliability, as is typical of any website.

Our contact form & CRM

The contact form on our site is provided by LeadConnector / HighLevel, the customer-relationship platform we use to manage inquiries and bookings. When you submit the form, the information you enter is transmitted to and stored within that platform on our behalf so we can respond to you and manage your session. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about sessions and bookings;
• To provide, schedule, and deliver our photography services;
• To keep records of our client relationship;
• To improve and secure our website.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — our CRM/contact-form provider (LeadConnector / HighLevel) and our website host (Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps) — and only as needed to provide our services, or where required by law.

Cookies & third-party content

Our own pages do not set advertising or tracking cookies. However, our embedded contact form (provided by LeadConnector / HighLevel) may load third-party marketing and analytics tools — including a Meta (Facebook) pixel — that can set cookies and share limited activity data with those providers when the form loads. Web fonts loaded from Google Fonts may also record requests. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and browser privacy tools or ad blockers may prevent these trackers from loading.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how our website is used — for example, how many people visit, which pages are popular, and which sites refer traffic to us. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics service: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across websites. All data is aggregated and anonymous.

Data retention

We keep the information you share for as long as needed to respond to you and to serve you as a client, and thereafter only as long as reasonably necessary for our legitimate business or legal purposes.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email us at mia@studioreveriephotography.com and we will respond.

Children

Our website is intended for adults. While our photography often includes children, any images of minors are created and used under the direct agreement of their parent or guardian as part of a booked session — not collected through this website.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
